Search Help

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

"appliqué pattern"

finds pages containing the exact phrase 'appliqué pattern'

appliqué pattern

finds pages containing 'appliqué' or 'pattern'

appliqué or pattern

same as above

appliqué and pattern

finds pages containing both 'appliqué' and 'pattern'

appliqué not pattern

finds pages containing 'appliqué' but not 'pattern'

(appliqué not pattern) and red

finds pages containing 'red', plus 'appliqué' but not 'pattern'

flo*

finds pages containing words starting with 'flo' (i.e. 'flower', 'floral')
